How to Choose a Daily Benefit

Find the "Cost Of Care In Your State" using the chart below.

The Daily Benefit you choose will be the maximum amount payable to you daily for the care you receive at a Nursing Home, or an Assisted Living Apartment, or from Home Health Care (care in your own home).  You pay any shortfall "out of pocket".

(Choose your Daily Benefit based on TODAY'S "Cost of Care", future cost of care is handled by your choice of INFLATION BENEFIT.)
